Mentoring, sponsorship & cheerleading in the CIS and beyond – Tuesday 29 June – 1600-1800
HKA is delighted to be partnering with RCAN to host what we hope will be a lively discussion around mentoring, sponsorship and cheerleading and how to make these things work for you in advancing your career.
The initial panel discussion will open up to an external Q&A session which will then lead into a networking session in smaller breakout rooms, providing the opportunity to chat and network in a more relaxed and informal environment.
Using real examples and their experiences, the panel will consider and discuss how to achieve your career aspirations by using all the tools available in the workplace, including:
- What makes a ‘good’ mentor and what are the pros and cons of company-led or self-driven mentoring?.
- How to engage support from sponsors and make sponsorship work for you and your individual goals.
- The impact an effective ‘cheerleader’ can have and how to be one.
